Brick making plant with RGV system
Brick Making Plant with a Rail Guided Vehicle (RGV) system is an advanced production setup that automates the manufacturing and handling of bricks. The RGV system moves raw materials, semi-finished, and finished bricks along the plant on guided tracks, reducing manual labor and improving efficiency.

The main aim is to produce high-quality bricks at a large scale while minimizing labor cost, ensuring consistent quality, and speeding up production.
Advantages:
- Continuous production with minimal manual handling.
- Uniform brick quality and size.
- Faster production and efficient material transport.
- Reduced labor costs and improved safety.

The automated handling and curing line solves the labor and fuel consumption problems associated with forklift transportation in the later stages of a simple block production line. It seamlessly connects with the simple block production line and intelligent brick stacking machine to form a fully automated production line for block forming, curing, and packaging, achieving intelligent brick making. The mother trolley uses servo drive positioning, and the handling trolley enters and exits the kiln, thereby achieving steam curing.
