GMT block pallet

GMT pallet is Glass Mat Reinforced Thermoplastics Pallet, It is a special load-bearing pad for production lines of non-fired bricks, hollow blocks, and permeable bricks, and a mainstream product for brick factories to replace wood boards, bamboo plywood, PVC boards, and steel pallets.

GMT Pallets offer a number of other advantages over traditional wooden pallets. They are non-porous, so they will not absorb moisture or spills like wood can. This makes them ideal for use in wet or humid environments. GMT Pallets are also significantly more resistant to insects and rodents than wooden pallets, making them ideal for storage in areas where these pests are a problem.

Advantange of GMT pallet:

1.High load-bearing capacity: 51MPa bending strength, 2.0kN single-block pressure resistance, suitable for large-tonnage blocks and vibration conditions of heavy brick machines.

2.Impact resistance: Impact strength 20~30KJ/m², not easily cracked by drops or high-frequency vibration, far superior to PVC pallets.

3.Waterproof and moisture-proof: Water absorption rate <0.5%, no deformation, swelling, or rotting in water or steam curing environments.

4.Wear-resistant and durable: Surface Shore hardness 72, service life 6-10 years (wooden boards only 1-2 years).

5.Temperature resistance: Stable in steam curing environments of 60~90℃, not easily warped or deformed at high and low temperatures.
