CLC Lightweight foam brick production line
CLC foam block production line was designed and developed over many years by senior engineers at HAMIC Machinery Co., Ltd. This equipment can be used to produce foamed concrete blocks, ceramsite blocks, non-steam blocks, EPS polystyrene block and lightweight concrete blocks.
The automated control system allows for remote operation, making the entire production line more reliable. It also employs automatic metering and feeding, closed-loop foaming, high-pressure mixing, and density control to achieve products with different strength levels. Furthermore, new processes such as ribbon casting simplify the production process and save manpower.
Ribbon type mixer could be giving fast and uniform blending.Can mix powders, granules, flakes, and semi-wet materials effectively.Provides homogeneous mixing in relatively less time compared to many conventional mixers.Which is easy to operate, maintain, and clean.
Mixing tower include Ribbon mixer, cement, water, powder, sand and additive scale,foam tank, and mixing platform.
Fully automatic intermittent pressurized quantitative pre-expansion machine, used for primary and secondary foaming.It consists of a quantitative pressurized pre-expansion machine, fluidized bed drying of the initial foam, and screening, crushing, and conveying devices, forming a fully automatic circulating foaming system. Suitable for the pre-expansion of expandable polystyrene (EPS) foam products, it is an essential machine for foam product factories.
EPS making machine include pre-expander, fluidized bed, EPS bins.

Mould cake: one piece of mould cake is 1.48x1.26x0.61m, one mould car match with double mould cake.
Cutting machine: top cutting machine, Double shaft cutting machine, single shaft cutting machine.
Disk cutting machine:
• Multiple gantry discs allow for the cutting of blanks into various sizes of finished blocks at high speeds;
• The cutting machine has a simple and reasonable structure, equipped with a saw blade assembly lifting and adjustment device for easy maintenance and replacement;
• Equipped with a high-pressure water-cooled spray system to extend saw blade life;
• The cutting production line uses frequency conversion control, allowing for adjustment of the optimal cutting speed based on the hardness of the blank.
Double shaft cutting machine(two rows of disk): Vertical cutting type, one piece size about 1200*100/150/200/300*600mm.
Single shaft cutting machine(one row of disk): cut into small piece, one piece about 600x100/200/300x200mm.
