Successful Installation of Fully Automatic Block Making Production Line in Indonesia

Location: Surabaya, Indonesia. 
The on-site installation and commissioning of our fully automatic block making production line has recently been carried out at an Indonesian customer's factory, marking a key milestone from factory delivery to overseas on-site operation. Our technical engineers traveled to Indonesia to guide and complete equipment assembly, track laying and system debugging inside the customer's spacious steel-structure workshop.
As shown in the site photos, the delivered line is a heavy-duty fully automatic block making machine integrating a hydraulic driving system, an intelligent PLC control cabinet and an automatic pallet circulation structure. The main forming unit, finished in striking safety-yellow and industrial-gray coating and mounted on a reinforced concrete foundation, is accompanied by a matched hydraulic power unit that delivers stable high-pressure power. In front of the main unit, multiple parallel rail tracks have been laid across the workshop floor, carrying concrete pallets to form a closed-loop circulation route that links the forming machine, the green-brick conveying line and the automatic stacking gantry.
During the on-site installation, our engineers first checked the customer's foundation and embedded parts, then sequentially completed track alignment and level adjustment, assembly of the main forming machine and the gantry stacker, and the routing and connection of hydraulic pipelines and electrical cables. Welding and fastening work was carried out step by step in the workshop, with local workers cooperating under guidance to learn the key installation points. After mechanical assembly was completed, the team performed no-load and load commissioning to verify the synchronization of pallet circulation, hydraulic pressure and the vibration system.
This production line is tailored to the booming construction and infrastructure market of Indonesia. By simply changing moulds, it can produce various concrete hollow blocks, solid building bricks, paving blocks and curb stones, meeting the strong demand from housing projects, road construction and the urbanization drive across the Indonesian archipelago. The closed-loop pallet circulation and high degree of automation greatly reduce labor intensity and labor cost, while the heavy-duty structure supports long-duration continuous production suitable for large-scale block factories. The non-firing, eco-friendly production mode also conforms to Indonesia's environmental protection requirements.
The Indonesian client paid close attention to the entire installation process and highly recognized the engineering team's professional guidance as well as the stable design of the equipment. The two sides further discussed local operator training, after-sales response and future order expansion, laying a solid foundation for long-term cooperation.
Our technical team will continue to follow up the adjustment of production parameters according to local raw materials such as cement, sand and aggregate, ensuring the line reaches its best performance once formal production begins. This on-site installation in Indonesia represents another solid step in expanding the Southeast Asian market and deepening service to overseas customers.
