HAMIC Block Machine Successfully Installed & Running in Kazakhstan

Our CLC brick prodution line  has been successfully installed and is now running smoothly at a customer factory in Kazakhstan — a new milestone for HAMIC in the Central Asian market. The machine was placed in the customer's spacious workshop, where overhead cranes and rail tracks keep material handling efficient around the clock.

The customer required 200m3/day, 3.5Mpa strength, we will offer suitable formula for customer prodution.

At the heart of the line, the automatic block machine is now running at full capacity. Its gantry-style frame and hydraulic lifting clamps pick up the freshly formed blocks from the conveyor track, moving them steadily for stacking — producing consistent, high-quality concrete blocks batch after batch.

Before shipment, our technical team carried out full testing and quality inspections. After the machine arrived in Kazakhstan, our engineers worked on site to guide the installation and commissioning, and trained the customer's operators. The line started production smoothly and has been running reliably since then.

Since going into operation, the customer has been very satisfied with the machine's stable performance and efficient output. Our local support team stays in close contact, providing technical guidance and spare parts support to ensure long-term, worry-free operation.
