Fujian Hamic Machinery has upgraded block making machine, adopting servo vibration motors, Siemens PLC electric control system and VTOZ hydraulic valves from Italy as core components, to deliver stable, high-efficiency performance for large-scale block production lines.

The servo vibration motor enables precise adjustment of vibration frequency and exciting force. It delivers uniform compaction during forming, greatly improving the consistency and compressive strength of finished blocks. Compared with conventional vibrators, it features lower energy consumption and noise, faster response, less heat buildup and wear during long continuous production, extending the machine’s service life.

Powered by Siemens PLC, the control system offers outstanding stability and strong anti-interference capability. It realizes closed-loop management of all machine actions, integrating parameter setting, real-time status monitoring and fault alarm functions. With an intuitive operation panel, operators can quickly adjust production formulas and parameters, minimizing human error and supporting non-stop mass production and smart plant management.

Fitted with Italian VTOZ hydraulic valves, the hydraulic system achieves precise pressure regulation and excellent fatigue resistance. Smooth valve switching and fast response reduce pressure fluctuation during compression. Gentle forming action avoids impact damage to moulds, cutting risks of oil leakage and valve jamming, lowering maintenance costs and ensuring consistent dimensional accuracy of blocks.
