A full functional trial test of the intelligent automatic block making machine was recently completed in our production workshop, welcoming a distinguished client from India to witness the equipment’s real production performance on-site.
The showcased fully automatic block making machine integrates hydraulic driving systems, intelligent PLC control cabinets, automatic feeding and pallet circulation structures, all visible in the assembly workshop. The control console, framed with safety yellow edges and equipped with dual touch screens, enables one-person operation to complete the whole production process from raw material feeding, vibration compression forming, brick demoulding to automatic pallet conveying. The matched hydraulic power unit on the left side provides stable high-pressure power, guaranteeing the compactness and uniform density of finished concrete blocks, hollow blocks and paving bricks.
During the trial operation, technical engineers demonstrated the complete working flow step by step for the Indian customer. After parameter adjustment according to local raw material characteristics including cement, sand, aggregate and construction waste, the machine steadily produced standard building blocks with smooth surfaces and precise sizes. The client closely observed the hydraulic running state, automatic feeding mechanism and finished brick quality, and tested the machine’s adaptability to local raw materials by switching different formula parameters on the touch control panel.
This block making machine is tailored to the construction market demand of India. It supports diversified production: not only common concrete hollow blocks and solid building bricks, but also colorful interlocking pavement bricks, curb stones and garden paving blocks by simply changing moulds. Its high automation greatly cuts labor costs, while the heavy-duty hydraulic structure adapts to long-duration continuous production suitable for large-scale brick factories in India. Compared with traditional brick-making equipment, the model features low failure rate, easy maintenance and strong environmental friendliness, producing bricks without clay firing, which conforms to India’s environmental protection policies banning clay brick production.

The two parties further communicated details about mould customization, after-sales installation service, local technical training and delivery schedule.
Our technical team will further optimize partial parameters based on the local climate and raw material conditions provided by the Indian customer, to ensure the equipment can achieve optimal production efficiency once delivered to India.
